Consensus decision-making is a group decision-making process in which group members develop, and agree to support, a decision in the best interest of the whole. Consensus may be defined professionally as an acceptable resolution, one that can be supported, even if not the "favourite" of each individual. Consensus is defined by Merriam-Webster as, first, general agreement, and second, group solidarity of belief or sentiment. All members have the opportunity to present, and amend proposals. *Inclusive: As many stakeholders as possible should be involved in the consensus decision-making process. *Participatory: The consensus process should actively solicit the input and participation of all decision-makers. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Consensus decision-making」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
